Two at Tennyson
When I first came to Australia we lived at a place called Tennyson in South Australia. We lived in the dodgiest house on a trip of mansions right on the water. It felt like paradise to us. As newbie to photography the beach literally metres form our back door meant scenes like this resented themselves constantly.
I am trying to find the actual date I made this image, but it is more than likely 2010, incredibly early in my light painting journey. There was an excitement in me here, it was all so new and simple. My love for water and reflections started here and has never stopped.
Fun fact, this image is printed and on display at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, one of my early art sales.
